Newly remodeled 2,300 sqft cozy Coastal Charm home situated in the middle of all things. In a 5 mile radius you have OWA, Foley Sports Tourism Complex, Tanger Outlet Malls, 3 public gold courses, Graham Creek Nature Preserve, and Wolf Bay. Only 2 miles off the beach express it is 15 minutes to Gulf Shores or Orange Beach. You literally have a great jump point to multiple activities.
With 4 bedrooms, 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, there's plenty of space for you and your guests to relax and unwind. The bathrooms are equipped with amenities like a hair dryers, bathtub, and shower, ensuring a wonderful and refreshing experience. An enclosed back porch provides extra room for entertainment with a TV, stereo, extra refrigerator and high top dining/game table. Off the enclosed porch is a drive trough carport with outdoor speakers, chairs and ceiling fans for those cool evenings just chilling outside.
Front and back yards are plenty spacious for playing games or just relaxing. This is a cozy older home with plenty of new updates. The home is tucked away on the edge of Foley. The home has a master suuite with a functional jetted tub in the master bedroom. The master bath has a large walkin shower. The main bath has tub/shower combo. There is a foyer room used as additional sitting area with closet toilet. There is a TV in the master bedroom, living room, and foyer/sitting room. The house is equipped with new smart appliances. There is a well lit carport that also serves as outdoor sitting space. The house did not disappoint. It is a bit of a drive to the beaches. During the busy season with Gulf Shores and Orange Beach traffic it did take us 25 to 30 minutes each day. I'm sure when the beaches are not so busy the drive time is much less.Foley is a nice area with plenty of shopping and places to eat. The house is close to the OWA.The house has a bit of character. It is the family's past grandfather's home. There is some personal memorabilia to honor him. The art on the walls reflects works of local artist. The decor reflects the family's Christian faith. It did feel like home away from home.

Perfect for a Beach Getaway!We had a wonderful stay at this home! It’s conveniently located close to the Beach Express, making it easy to get to the beach and enjoy all the great local restaurants. The house was spacious and comfortably fit two families, giving everyone room to relax and enjoy their time together. It was the perfect home base for our vacation—clean, well-equipped, and in a great location. Would definitely stay here again! In addition, the host was quick to respond and answer all questions!

My family had a great time in Foley, Alabama, and the house itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-located. We truly enjoyed our stay and were careful to leave the home in excellent condition—just a few crumbs and a couple of minor, easily removable stains.However, after checkout, the owner attempted to charge us an additional cleaning fee, despite the fact that we had already paid a 150 cleaning fee as part of the rental agreement. The charge felt opportunistic and completely unjustified given how we left the property. It came across as an attempt to tack on extra costs after the fact.Another concern for future renters: during our communication, the owner mentioned that his team typically turns over this large, four-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath house—with two dining areas and two refrigerators—in just an hour and a half between guests. That raised a red flag for me, as it suggests there may not be adequate time to properly clean and sanitize bedding and other high-touch areas before the next guest arrives.This was an unfortunate ending to what was otherwise a great trip. If you choose to stay here, I strongly recommend documenting everything and asking direct questions about cleaning practices.
