The space was clean and well setup, but the unit was freezing - well below regulated temperature (21 degrees) and the space heater had been tampered with/ the remote taken away so as not to allow the temperature to rise above 17 degree.
The lack of access to a washer/ dryer made things inconvenient, as there's no laundromat anywhere nearby (and you don't want to wash clothes downtown due to a high chance of theft!)
Messages were also strange, as my cell was texted directly at odd hours (1AM on work nights) by the owners, and I was being watched in strange ways.
