Hospitality was amazing. The staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and welcoming. Even loaned us umbrellas to have shade waiting outside for 6 hours to get BTS merch and then in line 2 hours to get into the concert. Life saver. Thank You

Great location. Rooms comfortable. Reception helpful. Parking was in a reserved area of the Flamingo car park and free with a voucher from reception. Nice pool.Noise from the Flamingo Go Pool was loud but finished at 6pm. We rather enjoyed listening to it from the property’s pool.Would happily stay again.

Pristine hotel and room. Everyone was super nice and accommodating. The time share promoter was a tiny bit pushy, but not a deal breaker. Also a heads up, the flamingo go pool has a pool party on weekends and they are LOUD. The volume didn't ruin my time at all. We are in vegas after all. If I wanted to sleep all day, id go to Kansas lol.

All was excellent BUT that bass coming all day from the DJ at the swimming pool- horrible!!!!! Thumping and inescapable!
Though the place and the staff was 5 star, I would not stay there again because of the THUMPING BASS.
Though it did make me consider the notion of silence inbetween 'songs'
