The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. The upper floor also features an 8-square-meter south-west-facing balcony. In addition to a large electric awning, a south-facing side awning—which can be extended as needed—provides additional sun protection.
On the first floor is the covered entryway, which leads into the hallway. The apartment also features a separate utility room on the first floor, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer (for a fee). The apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. Smoking is permitted exclusively on the balcony.
