Maximum occupancy is 12 people. No unaccompanied minors. A guest must be 25 or older to book and guest under that age are not permitted to stay alone.
Cleanliness & Respect
• Please treat the home better than as if it were your own.
• No shoes inside the house—sand stays outside!
• Rinse off sand using the outdoor shower/hose before entering.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables in the designated bins.
• If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible and bad behavior, no refund will be given for lost days.
Noise & Neighbors
• Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM.
• Be mindful of music volume and outdoor noise.
Safety
• No open flames or fireworks on the property.
• Grill use is permitted only in designated areas—never on decks or near structures.
• Never leave cooking unattended.
• Please do not lean, sit, or climb on the rails.
• We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises, nor are the owners responsible for loss or damage of personal property of renters.
• By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all renters are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
• The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.
DO NOT unplug or mess with the cameras or WIFI
Before You Leave
• Strip used beds and place linens/towels in the laundry room.
• Key is put back in the box. Missing or lost key will result in $50 fine.
• All dishes are clean and put away.
• All food removed from the home.
• Take out the trash. Trash comes early on Monday and Thursday
• Check that doors and windows are locked.
Smoking & Pets
• No smoking
• Pets are only allowed with prior approval.
Beach Gear & Amenities
• Feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys—but please rinse and return them after use.
• Don’t take indoor furniture or décor outside.

The stay overall was ok and everything was good but we overpack and typically over prepared. House neighborhood does not have drive on beach access only walking access. The house location was fine and actually was spaced away from anyone so good for the fur babies and we always drive to the beach anyway. The downstairs was very sandy and the shower drain was clogged so my husband cleaned it out and rinsed the entire dowstairs to get the sand off the concrete. The inside of the house was pretty clean other than lots of dust on fans etc. I stay every year in the area and this house was the least equipped with dishes and towels. We made speghetti and had to cook in 2 separate pans after cooking the noodles because no big pots. Also there was not bathroom trash cans in 2 bathrooms. There was not a hand towel in the restrooms and we had to use the supplied wash cloths. There was no grill brush but we had brought our own. We are limited on the availability where we stay because we bring our dogs and I this house was clean but lacked some of the things that most of the other places had at our other stays.
