Completely renovated in February 2024, step inside to discover a professionally decorated space featuring new vinyl plank flooring, stylish Levelor blinds, and soaring 30-foot ceilings. The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light from the corner unit’s three western-facing windows. Very relaxing week at Happy Place! Highly recommend staying here, it's the top floor unit with a wrap around balcony. You have the best view to the gulf from up here, priceless! Everything was spot on clean, well equipped kitchen, lots of towels in bathroom, no need to bring beach towels or chairs, umbrellas, all provided. Comfy beds upstairs with nice linens. This is our 3rd stay at Beachfront II, but the first one at Happy Place, we will return. The property has the wonderful advantage compared to others in the area that there's a great heated pool and hot tub along with shaded patio area. Very dog friendly too!

We loved the condo. It was the perfect size and location. Super clean, comfortable and nicely decorated . Grabbed the chairs from the condo and set up with our tent everyday in the beach. Patio was the best to see the beach with coffee in the mornings and have a cocktail in the evenings to watch the sunset. Definitely would come back.
