Ac worked great! Beds and showers very comfy.. spacious and stylish.. very clean and host Emanuel was very kind and quick to respond for our check in. We had a really nice time ..hope to come back! Even though the flat doesn’t had lift for our laugagge but we had a really good family time!! Thanks

Location is excellent, although the light shines in early in the morning (insufficient blackout).
Originally booked a 3pm check-in via Expedia, but when the booking transferred to Welkeys, they informed me we cannot have access until 5pm?????!
Unit was not fully fit for rental - the floor towards the kitchen area had suffered water damage and had not been repaired, so it was warped and squishy/noisy. Dishwasher was non-functional (damaged). Upstairs bathroom toilet paper holder was falling out of the wall.
I would suggest they defer rentals for a couple of days and get these issues fixed - not acceptable for the amount charged.
Subtle point, but the guy who dropped us the key did only that - no suggestions or support, somewhat delayed in arriving..and in a hurry to leave, but he did extend our checkout by a couple of hours to noon..so there's that!
