Welcome to the Stiena Vacation Home, your perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation! This detached house is in a great location, not far from the town center. With 85 m² of living space, the vacation home is ideal for families or friends looking for a comfortable stay with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and 2 kitchen-living rooms.
The Stiena Vacation Home can accommodate up to 4 guests. The well-designed floor plan includes, on the first floor, a spacious living area that invites you to linger and relax. The open-concept kitchen is modern and well-equipped. Here, you can prepare meals together and dine in the dining area. Next door is the bedroom, where you can enjoy peace and quiet and a restful night’s sleep. The windows are equipped with exterior blinds. From here, you can access the spacious, bright bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. A shower stool is provided. A guest restroom completes the first floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find the second cozy bedroom, a modern shower room, and a kitchen-living room with a new kitchenette, seating area, and a fold-out sofa. This is a wonderful place to unwind, have a cup of coffee on the sofa, and enjoy the view of the Pilsumer Weg.
The terrace is a highlight, inviting you to enjoy the fresh air and the view of the garden. Here you can relax, unwind, and let the fresh North Sea breeze blow around your face. There are also several parking spaces available. There is space in the garage for bicycles you bring with you.
Haus Stiena is barrier-free on the first floor and is therefore also suitable for guests with limited mobility. Wi-Fi is available! The Stiena vacation home is a smoke-free property; dogs are not allowed!
