Welcome to your updated oasis in Panama City Beach! This lovely, fully-furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom family beach home is perfect for both relaxation and adventure. Dog-friendly - please inquire for details! Please be sure to watch the video of the house, too!
LIVING AREAS: Enter the house into the large "Margarita Room," perfect for relaxing, having a drink or watching movies or sports! Turn left and you'll enter the living and dining area, where you'll likely spend your time with your family or friends, relaxing after a long day at the beach, preparing a delicious meal together, or planning your adventures for the next day!
DINING/KITCHEN: The dining area has a large table for 6 guests, and the kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with icemaker and water dispenser in the door. From pots and pans to dishes and silverware, you an easily whip up a meal for your group!
LAUNDRY ROOM: The laundry room is spacious and equipped with a washer, dryer and drying rack. We provide septic-safe laundry detergent for guests.
BEDROOMS: The home has two large bedrooms with king beds. One has an ensuite full bathroom with shower. The third bedroom has two twin beds. All bedrooms have ample closet space.
BATHROOMS: The home has 2 full bathrooms, one in the main hallway with a shower/tub combo, and another off one of the king bedrooms, with a shower/sink/toilet.
TVS: The main living area TV is a SmartTV, and the three other TVs (2 bedrooms and Margarita Room) are equipped with Amazon Fire TV for streaming your favorites!
PATIO: The fenced backyard, with a drive-through gate opening to Biltmore Drive, offers a perfect spot for your fur baby to relax, or to park your boat or golf cart. Enjoy the large open patio, ideal for evening drinks or a peaceful morning coffee.
PET FRIENDLY: Dogs are welcome but please provide breed and weight at the time of reservation. A pet fee is required per pet.
PARKING: There is ample parking both in front, with the full-size carport and large driveway, and in the back accessible from Biltmore Drive, where there is a gate into the backyard of the property.
GREAT FOR REMOTE WORK: For those working from home, the house is equipped with WIFI by Xfinity and three desks and a computer monitor, making it ideal for remote work.
GOLF CART: Available upon request, with an additional waiver signed, driver's license provided and added fee. Please note: The golf cart is NOT street legal and can only be used on certain streets to get to the beach. It cannot be driven on Thomas Dr., you can cross it to the beach but not drive along it.

Great property on a quiet street. Felt very comfortable with kids playing outside in both the back and front yards as well as scootering in the drive and road. Very clean interior and cute design. We would happily stay here again. Excellent proximity to everything we needed. Thank you for a wonderful trip!!!
