Just a 15-minute walk from the apartment, you will find the Medical University of Warsaw and the Faculties of Biology, Mathematics, Informatics, and Mechanics of the University of Warsaw. This makes it an ideal place for students looking for accommodation between classes. For those who appreciate peace and quiet, the nearby Pola Mokotowskie and Szczęśliwicki Park are perfect. These parks offer many walking and jogging paths, playgrounds for children, and spots for grilling and picnicking. For fitness enthusiasts, the outdoor gym WK Dzik Gym is nearby. The area is full of shops (Hala Banacha, Żabka, Carrefour Express, Biedronka), cafes (Cukiernia, Lodziarnia Odlot, Ciastkowo), restaurants (Videlec, Pink Flamingo, New West Side, Rosół na Widelcu, Jeleń na Rykowisku, and many others), and service points.
