A spacious living room, a bedroom fit for dreaming, and two balconies—and everything is bathed in light and furnished in a modern style. The light sandy tones of the interior are reminiscent of the Baltic Sea beach, which is just under 80 meters from this apartment and offers a side view from both balconies. The open-concept living and dining area is fully equipped with a kitchenette featuring high-quality Siemens appliances. You can really settle in on the sofa in front of the electric fireplace (which does not generate heat). A 50-inch flat-screen TV provides entertainment. If you want to stay productive while on vacation or send a good old-fashioned postcard to your loved ones back home, you can do so at the workstation. The dining area is perfect for sharing meals, and access to the first balcony—facing southeast—lets you enjoy the sun and take a deep breath of the Baltic Sea air. The bedroom spoils you with a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, a dresser, and an additional 43-inch flat-screen TV. From here, you can step out onto the second balcony (also facing southeast) first thing in the morning and start your day with a sweeping view of the blue sea. Greet the rising sun from here. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a sink, and an infrared sauna. Choose between a residence featuring a light, sand-colored design scheme or an apartment with anthracite-colored accents. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower (except for Apartment B4.5). Almost all of the apartments have a balcony—many even overlook the Baltic Sea.
