They will record when they first sense motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected

Everything was great except the pool cues were all broken and the shuffle board table is either way out of level or warped. It was a real bummer not to be able to shoot pool at all. Outside of that it was a beautiful home and would stay again.

The house was great. Had everything we needed. My only problem was it seemed like the owners of the house were watching us on the camera outside and then reached out to the management company to say that they see we have a dog on property and to make sure we were charged. If they only took 2 minutes to look at the booking, they would see that we had one dog on the reservation and already paid the pet fee. It wasn’t the best feeling to know we were possibly being watching while trying to relax. If everything else wasn’t perfect, I would have given a lower rating.

We had a quick get away this winter and this home did not disappoint. There were so many activities for the adults and kids that I wish we could have stayed ann no other day or two. Eric and his wife were so responsive if we needed anything or had trouble finding what we needed. Everything was well maintained and in working condition. The only con I can even possibly think of (which isn’t a huge deal) is the heat is electric, so we had to have a mini scavenger hunt finding each rooms’ thermostat. All in all we had a really great time and would love to come back!
