The host at the rooftop is excellent. The guy (Muhammed) working the late evening front desk shift until the morning is very helpful, speaks good English, and overall honest. The girl working the front desk is a liar very dishonest. My dining bill was 1887 egyptian pounds (I gave the host a tip on the table) and decided on her own to round up my tab. I paid it because she said she had no change. When I paid my taxi to the airport again they had no change so I did not accommodate her scheme. I gave a tip to the taxi driver directly. The only reason I'd advise not to stay here again is because it's 22 minutes away from the new museum and about 25 minutes away from Sphinx. 45 minutes from the Airport with no food options within walking distance. We tried walking to a corner store and restaurant but the side streets were dirt and no one could understand us on how to reach the restaurant. The alleys had been bricked off where the map thought it was a road to pass through.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering both comfort and a sense of luxury. I particularly appreciated the small touches, like fresh linens, complimentary refreshments, and the cozy sitting area perfectly positioned to take in the majestic views.
Dining at the hotel was also a fantastic experience. Whether it was breakfast on the terrace with the pyramids in the background or a delicious dinner at the in-house restaurant, the food was fresh, flavorful, and authentic.
The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the pyramids and surrounding attractions, yet it still offers a peaceful and relaxing retreat after a day of sightseeing.
Overall, my stay at Pyramids sunshine view was nothing short of magical. If you're looking for a unique and unforgettable experience with the best views of the pyramids, I highly recommend this hotel. I'll definitely be returning!
