Check-in process required verification of government id with an app outside of VRBO.
Parking spot is provided, but is not "secure" as stated in ad. Open to street and children played cricket in the parking area every day we were there.
Unit is very close to a busy road, and across the street from a kindergarten. Very loud during the day, and dealt with noise while trying to sleep most nights.
Had 2 physical problems with the unit. Both times the property manager sent someone over to fix quickly.
Unit itself was nice, though AC unit is only in the living room area and even on the lowest temperature setting it was very hot at nights (and need to sleep with the door open). Not ideal for a summer stay.
All kitchenware was either new or very well maintained.
Overall a serviceable stay, but I wouldn't stay again, and if VRBO has decent cancellation options for renters I wouldn't have completed my stay there.
