Inside, the 174 m² home is thoughtfully designed with eco-friendly heating and cooling systems, ensuring year-round comfort powered partly by solar energy. Spread across two floors, the house accommodates up to eight guests. The ground floor includes a welcoming lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for eight, three bedrooms, and a modern bathroom. Upstairs, the master suite boasts a private dressing room and a luxurious bathroom with a rain shower and bathtub. With ample parking, a utility room, and direct garage access, Les Hirondelles combines rustic charm with modern convenience for a truly relaxing escape. A utilities & service fee of EUR 160,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link.
