ATM 10 meters from the condo. Oxxo store is right next to the building.
You will have access to the entire apartment. Free parking available on the street. There is some parking on-site (approximately 8 cars), subject to availability.
Please note, power outages are normal in Mexico, they are not frequent but it is possible. It is beyond our control and host is not responsible. Thank you for understanding.
Electricity is expensive in Mexico. Please help us save costs. Please turn off lights and air conditioner when not in use. Gracias

1. No pets, no parties, no smoking, no illegal activity.
2. Please leave the home in the same condition as you receive it.
3. Damage caused by guests during their stay will be charged to the guest.
4. Do not put toilet paper down the toilets in Mexico (please use the waste bin)
5. Please turn off lights and AC when not in use.
6. A starter kit of toilet paper and soap is provided, after which guests must provide their own.
