Located on Area Beach, overlooking the Viveiro Estuary, this spectacular villa is surrounded by exquisite, private gardens—with fountains, streams, romantic corners, intimate spaces for peace, observation, sea reflections, and Atlantic views. Its modern architecture, in harmony with its privileged location, provides a living environment where the space and light of its interior are a simple continuation of its porches and exteriors.
The Space:
A wonderful house that comfortably accommodates 12 guests, boasting two kitchens, several living rooms, multiple outdoor areas that coexist with its connected, functional interior, five bedrooms (the master suite completely separate from the other four bedrooms for family or guests), two galleries, and four bathrooms.
Gardens and fountains, multiple emotional corners, a direct and intimate path to the sea, coves, or beaches... and terraces for relaxing, for moments of culinary gatherings, lunches, breakfasts, sunsets... or reading...
The immense volume of the main floor emphasizes social life, an environment for reading, conversation, or family life, separating two perfectly defined floors:
1) above the main floor: a private upper study area, home to the master suite and its bright, glass-enclosed southeast gallery; and at its opposite end, a second, bright, glass-enclosed gallery to the north, overlooking the sea horizon.
2) On the ground floor: four spacious and bright bedrooms (three doubles and a fourth with four bunk beds), all with direct access to the garden and sea views, and sharing two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (the main kitchen is located on the main floor).
From one of Viveiro's most spectacular beaches, close to but removed from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town, Area Beach runs along the coast and connects with the iconic and wild surfing beach, Esteiro Beach. In the middle of this curious route, the A Pedrihna estate is intimately nestled.

It combines convenient convenience with quality services in the restaurants, cafes, and services along Area Beach, which connects to the town with its fishing port, along with additional tourist attractions.
What can we say about the Historic Village of Viveiro, the birthplace of several distinct eras in distant centuries, the historic center of a medieval town. Emblematic historic buildings, streets, and cultural vestiges from the 12th to the 17th centuries are surrounded by convents, Baroque, and Romanesque churches, an environment that exudes a strong medieval atmosphere. The 15th-century Puente de la Misericordia (Bridge of Mercy), the Gate of Charles V, the Convent of San Francisco, the Chapel of San Ildefonso, the Bell Tower and the Clock Tower, the Chapels of San Gregorio and del Rosario, relics of the Holy Martyrs, the Convent of the Conceptionists, the Lourdes Grotto, the altarpiece of the Holy Christ of Amparo, etc.

The house delivers at any aspect possible.Overlooking the bay of Viveiro and the Playa de Area sitting in the lush green terraced gardens surrounding the house you may feel like the Queen and King of Spain in person.The house has anything you may need, the kitchen possibily be a little bit dated and some of the sliding windows do need an extra push to be opened or shut, but hey, it's worth the tiny effort.Being one of the first guests this season the air has been kind of stuffy but this did improve while our stay by ventilating.Having 6 friends at your side or stay with your beloved one you really can't do better in Northern Galicia.Enjoy !ANDREA & HARALD
