At the end of a private cul-de-sac cozy up and relax in this luxurious, large, stylish, freshly remodeled home. It boasts 5 beautiful bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The open kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and bright light. The kitchen connects to the cozy living space that walks out to the luscious backyard with calming waterfalls in the pool to relax after a day of wine tasting. The home has multiple seating areas within and two stories for plenty of room for families to spread out. Currently available for 30 day rentals.

-Quiet Hours: 9pm-7am. This is a county wide rule for all vacation rentals in Sonoma County.
-No Weddings, Events or Parties allowed at any time. This is strictly enforced.
-No amplified music is allowed outdoors at any time.
-Pets allowed with approval and pet fee
-Security cameras are located on the exterior of the home for your safety.
-The Pool is heated in the summer months May-October 1st. Can be heated Oct-May for $150 per day.
