This property was great for a group of business associates together for a trade show. We had plenty of room for everyone. The furniture was comfortable. I will say that there are a lot of stairs in this house and that was fine with us but if stairs are a problem for your group you would need to look in another neighborhood.

The owner does not skimp on detergent when cleaning, because everything smells of detergent. On the one hand it’s great evidence of clean sheets and towels. On the other hand, being sensitive to smells, I had a real hard time at the house. Other than that, a very nice stay, good location, nice house, all new build I think.

First of all, the listing is incorrect. This is not a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home. It is actually a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home. This is a three story townhome and we had problems with thermostats and the temperatures on all three floors. I appreciated how quickly the owners responded to our problem and they are planning on having a professional fix the HVAC problems for future guests.
Secondly, although the home is new and beautiful, it isn't very well appointed. There was plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, but I had to scrounge for enough linens for seven people. The listing says they can accommodate 10 guests, but there is only dining for seven. There were a lot of kitchen accessories missing and other details overlooked (example: dozens of wine/champagne glasses, but no drinking glasses or cups). The bed linens were very cheap and slipped off the bed during the night (no mattress pads and plastic still on all of the box springs). The beds weren’t properly made and the linens didn’t fit several of the beds. There were remotes missing on a few of the bedroom tv’s which means they were unusable.
With some attention to details this could be a 5 star VRBO. I would suggest that the owners live there for a week to experience the living situation and make it more comfortable for their guests.
