There is an area where small boat parking may be allowed - but it must be approved in advance and is by request only.
Hammock / Swings: The swings are hanging on the posts - to change to the hammock, remove the swings and hang them on their hooks on the back fence. Remove the hammock from the screened in porch and hang it on the side hooks on the post. Ensure that it is secured properly. When not using the hammock, please keep it stored in the screened in porch. The pool is not heated.
Beach Gear includes 4 bag chairs, cooler, 6 beach towels and beach wagon! We also provide a beach sunshade as pictured. To use - secure the end of the pole into the sand at the angle in our photo and rest the back of the shade on the sand. There are 2 side areas that can be unzipped for extra air flow.
We have well water.
**Quiet hours are from 10PM-7AM. Please keep noise to a minimum. This is a local ordinance and quiet hours are strictly enforced!***
**Parties are strictly prohibited - as noted in the rental agreement. Penalties will be enforced. The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut Monitoring as noted in the booking agreement. Events or gatherings that go over our occupancy of 6 guests are not allowed.
**No Smoking Inside or in the screened in patio of the home. If smoking is done by the firepit/in the yard - please properly dispose of the waste and do not ash or litter butts on the patio or anywhere on site. If evidence of that is found, an additional fee will apply for cleanup.
**No Pets Allowed

we enjoyed this rental. was clean, roomy, nice pool( though we were not there for swimming season) landscape was well kept with fruit trees. the only issue we had was the water pressure. not used to a sprinkle instead of a shower. ps we live in the sticks so the traffic sounds were a little bothersome

The house was very accomadting, rooms rather small little outdated, would have been nice if TV's were in the other bedrooms but overall the house was comfortable and neighboorhood was quiet. I would stay again
