Welcome to "Sol y Sal" in Buttonwood Bay. Brand new 2 bedrooms + den/ 2 1/2 bath townhouse. This unit was just redone and includes fantastic, high-end finishes. Ready to host your getaway. Conveniently located 1 hour and 15 minutes from Miami. The amenities within Buttonwood are the best in the Keys as well - 24 hour security, 8 pickleball courts, 4 tennis courts, 3 pools, beautiful beach area , full marina, gym and beautiful sunsets on the Bayside.
You will find an extra-large kitchen with beige, wood cabinets and a quartz countertop, bar countertop with 3 barstools for serving or sitting as well as an oval dining room which comfortably seats 8 people.
The large living room has generous seating with sectional sofa that also sleeps 2 comfortably and 3 additional chairs along with 75 inch smart tv. Beautiful view of marina from living room where manatees often visit. Adjacent bar under staircase with wine refrigerator will keep you refreshed and hydrated during your stay. A powder bath with fun, vibrant wallpaper completes the downstairs.
Upstairs, you will find a large master bedroom with king bed, 65 inch smart tv, and also has a gorgeous view of marina and ensuite bathroom; however, full blackout shades are installed to sleep like you are on vacation.
The other bedroom and den each have queen beds (one with its one tv) and share an inviting tropical, blue bathroom.
