Everything was as listed. Love how quiet the neighborhood is and how easy it is to take 1 stop on tsukuba express to get pretty much right into the massive yodobashi camera building for a quick lunch before heading out.

The flat was in a lovely area, quiet but walking distance to stations and shops and restaurants if needed. We struggled a bit getting in the first locked door to the block with the instructions given but luckily someone was coming out and helped us with getting in. The apartment was of a nice size we were 3 adults and it was fine as a base for us. The toilet and bathroom were separate as was the sink which made it easy when people were getting ready at the same time. There is a washing machine and the bathroom also had an amazing drying feature in it where you could hang your clothes in there and turn on a heating feature to dry them, I much prefer this to a tumble drier. It meant we could wash and dry our clothes while there before we moved on to our next place. For the price we paid this apartment was extremely good value and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.
