EARLY CHECK-IN: When available we offer two early check-in options, 2pm for $50 (plus processing fees), and 11am for $100 (plus processing fees). 14 days before arrival you will receive an initial text that will include more information on how to request these options. Before then the ONLY way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.
POOL HEATING COST: There is an extra $25/night charge if you want the pool heated. Please message me right after booking if you want the pool heated. Pool heating requests require a minimum of heating two consecutive nights during your stay. Please know that the ability of the pool to stay heated largely depends on your ability to keep the cover on when the pool is not in use. The pool is a swimmable temperature but is not a temperature similar to a hot tub. The pool heater is only able to keep the pool heated 30-40 degrees above the ambient temperature and if the outside temp falls below 50 degrees the pool will struggle to stay heated and will need extra care to be sure cover stays on the pool.
- NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras at the front door and entire backyard. The cameras do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras only record video when motion is detected by the devices. These clips are only reviewed when an issue comes up.
-NOTE: There are noise monitors in the common spaces but they do not record and only sample noise levels periodically.
- NOTE: There will on occasion be gardeners and pool service members that come to the property in the early morning to service the property.
- NOTE: This property does not have any safety railings or grab rails.
- NOTE: We provide a starter supply of amenities (laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body soap) for guests to enjoy during your stay. There might be instances where guests have to replenish these items for themselves if higher than average amount is used.

The property had everything we needed. There was an issue with the faucet in the main bathroom tub. Otherwise great stay

It was a great stay, the place was perfect for four guys. Good central location for trips to various ballparks. Only issue was the cold water shower valve in the central bathroom. It is not attached properly and would come off when trying to adjust the water flow.

This home is great. Located in Old Scottsdale is a nice quiet neighborhood. Large open concept living, large bedrooms. Very nice covered area in backyard with pool. There is floot toys and bean bag toss in shed. Communication with owner/property manage was great. They responded within minutes of our texts.It's location to Tempe, Phoenix is central to shopping, food and only 17 minutes to Sky Harbor Airport. Families will not be dissappointed with their stay in this home.
