We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and was a smooth process. You do need to go to the front desk for extra paper towels and trash bags. It would have been more convenient if at least a few items could have been in the unit. The most disappointing part of the trip was when the fridge went out and we lost several items. Overall we were very happy with the unit.
