Welcome to Cindy Jo Our Happy Place
Cindy Jo is located in beautiful Clarksville Tennessee’s; this lovely home has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms (1 of those bathrooms are ADA accessible), an attached garage. The outside offers a front porch with rocking chairs with a patio set and fire pit in the back yard.
Cindy Jo Our Happy Place has recently been remodeled and is new to short term rental, it was a group home that housed individuals with disabilities for many years, as with all of us growth means change and that is why Cindy Jo is no longer needed as a group home. however, the proceeds from each rental will go toward services to enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Cindy Jo Our Happy Place will accommodate 11 guests comfortable making this the perfect destination for friends and families that are coming together for a time of gathering, a celebration or just a time to relax on vacation and make memories.
Cindy Jo has an open floor plan creating a sense of togetherness. The well equipped kitchen offers plenty of space and all the amenities needed to prepare delicious meals. Moving on to entertainment, each bedroom has a 40 inch smart TV. with WIFI – the game room will give you hours of enjoyment, playing darts, board games, pool and Ms. Pac- Man. Be sure to check out the playing cards.

Cindy Jo, is 13 miles from Fort Campbell’s visitors gate and 50 miles to the Grand Old Opry in Nashville. take I- 24 to exit 4 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. and you will find plenty of places to shop and eat at. Looking for a place the locals go be sure to hit the Harbor Cafe' . Make sure you ask about our Military and Senior discount when you book your stay.

Stayed for a wedding. The house was open, spacious, and clean. The game room was great for chilling in the eve! Lots of little personal touches. Tons of linens and towels. Def recommend!

The Cozy Jo was a comfy, family friendly house. The inside was very clean and we had everything we needed and then some. Plenty of everyday items and extras for fun, such as games. We were all very comfortable and able to relax. Close to many food places and stores, and the movie theatre was just a few miles away. The outside of the property could use some work. The yard wasn’t fully fenced in, it was broken in spots, and the grass was extremely long. I didn’t feel comfortable letting the littles out to play. Also, the street is very crowded with cars, but there is plenty of space in the driveway for more than two vehicles. If you aren’t planning on outside time (and honestly it was too hot anyway with the TN summer heat), then this is a fantastic place to stay! Lots of room for everyone and a good time was had by all.

We arrived on Friday afternoon. The house was beautiful, with a very nice yard and patio! There were 4 generations stying together! The big kids even loved the game room with a pool table! We loved the open floor plan of the kitchen and living room! We will have another graduation in 2 years and I hope we will be able too stay here again!!
