• Free parking is available for guests. RV and snowmobile/boat trailer parking available.
• We require the guest information for the primary guest (should at least be 21 years old) checking in to be provided as soon as possible to avoid check-in issues.
The Neighborhood:
• Construction will begin later this year on a new baseball stadium, parking garage, casino, and other attractions near your resort and is expected to last until early 2028. Please pardon the dust, potential noise, or road closures that may impact your stay.
• Desert Rose's neighboring property, Tropicana Casino is now closed and has begun liquidation and construction. Since these locations share a property line the surrounding buildings, parking lots, and landscaping will be experiencing disturbances during the demolition and construction.
• Tropicana Casino towers is scheduled for demolition in the 4th Quarter of 2024. After the demolition, construction will start on a new baseball stadium set to be completed in January 2028. Travelers visiting Desert Rose may encounter noise, dust, odor, work crews on-site, traffic detours and more. Please contact the resort for additional details.
• The resort's only pool and spa will be re-plastered beginning Jan. 5, 2025 through Feb. 9, 2025. The pool and spa is located in the center of the resort so there will be times when debris may be visible. Additionally, you may encounter noise, dust, odor, and work crews on-site during these times. Dates are subject to change.

• You have full access to all resort amenities for the duration of your stay, including on your arrival and departure day.
• We will always place you in the best suite available, however we cannot guarantee a specific location in the resort.
• Your suite may be a mobility accessible unit.

We had a wonderful time on this property. Lots of fun activities at the pool area. Bar location was convenient to pool placement. We loved the DJ by the pool. Rooms were spacious and clean. Felt like home.

The check in process was easy and staff friendly. However, after checking in we were then sent to the concierge where we were pressured to attend an information session on timeshare, with a non attendance fee of 40. Non of which was disclosed on the listing or when booking the property. When we then in fact attended the information session we were told we didn’t meet the requirements and were sent back to the accomodation. This a waste our time and is was information that should have been checked prior to making us attend. The room was not overly clean, the carpets had not been vacuumed there was fluff all over them, the heating/cooling ducts were very dirty and the shower curtain in the main bathroom was torn. The location, resort staff were fantastic. The room had all the basic ammenities, but overall left feeling disappointed in the accommodation.
