Really helpful and friendly staff in an aptly located property (only if you have a car). The ones complaining about the coqui frogs should avoid traveling to a rainforest in the first place - we found it to be soothing. Highly recommend if your plan is to explore eastern Puerto Rico while being close enough to visit San Juan. The few things to improve (also pointed out by other guests) which were not a deal-breaker for us: - the mustiness in the rooms can be prevented by adding shower doors and running the AC at all times/adding vent fans to the bathrooms. I think it is caused by the shower water spraying all over the bathroom floor, the container isn't really a structure that breathes. - the placement of AC right above the bed was a bit too much. - a dedicated larger space for drying clothes would be helpful.
