Just beach - in the farm "Utspann" on our farm "Hofbude Fehmarn". The apartment has been newly renovated in 2017 and now has a maritime look. On our farm you will find many favorite places to relax or romp.

The apartment "Utspann" on our farm invites, as their Low German name reveals, to relax. It is at ground level, 72sqm in size and thus offers plenty of space for up to 5 people. From the hall you look through the porthole door into the living and dining room. Here you can make yourself comfortable on the big sofa or in the armchairs. Your two bedrooms are equipped with a large box spring bed for two and a double bed. A modern kitchen and a chic bathroom are of course also included, plus you have a large south-facing terrace. Also on the entire court yard you will find enough favorite places for young and old. Especially in the colder months, it can be well in the well-being sauna in the barn or in the log cabin with fireplace. For the little ones are waiting our farm animals, dinocars and other vehicles, a playground and trampoline, an arcade, table football, table tennis, a games room and a huge garden to let off steam. So, let's go, just go for a swim!
