L’appartement a été rénové et est bien équipé (climatisation, cuisine aménagée, télévision connectée, wifi fonctionnelle).
L’appartement ne dispose pas d’une pièce de vie commune à l’exception de la cuisine qui est petite pour 3 personnes. L’extérieur est un peu vétuste et délabré mais possède un ascenseur fonctionnel très pratique pour accéder à l’appartement situé au 4e étage.

L' appartamento molto bello e in posizione ottima.
Eravamo in quattro persone ma le sedie per sederci nell' angolo cucine erano solamente tre e quindi uno rimaneva sempre in piedi. Le pulizie sono da migliorare, trovata molta polvere.
