The apartment left mixed impressions. On the positive side, it is bright, reasonably comfortable, and located in a nice, quiet area, which is definitely a plus.

However, the overall condition could be significantly improved. The apartment did not seem properly cleaned: the carpet was dirty, and the plants were dried out, giving a neglected feeling. The interior is quite outdated, and the kitchen is old as well. There is no dishwasher, which makes longer stays less convenient. A particularly inconvenient issue is that there is only one power outlet in the kitchen, which is very impractical nowadays. Additionally, only four small towels were provided, which is not sufficient. Overall, while the location and basic layout are good, the apartment would benefit from better maintenance, cleaning, and some modernization.

Die Betten waren gemütlich, große Wohnung

Nicht sehr sauber ( haben Socken vom Vormieter gefunden), einige Stellen in der Wohnung waren reparaturbedürftig ( Gitter vom Liftabzug fehlte, Toilettentür Verschluss sollte repariert werden)

Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Balkon, 2 Schlafräume

Ein Fön im Bad wäre noch hervorragend! Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, das ist fürs Koffer schleppen natürlich mühsam, aber das weiß man auch bereits bei der Buchung. Für 4 Personen gab es leider nur 1 großes Handtuch und 3 kleine, nicht wie auf den Bildern pro Person je 1 großes und kleines Handtuch.

Ausstattung war sehr gut aber die Betten haben gerochen.
