1. W mieszkaniu jest pralka, co przy pobycie kilkudniowym może być dodatkowym atutem.
2. Ciepło w mieszkaniu.
1. Duży problem ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego (szczególnie w godzinach popołudniowo - wieczornych).
2. Podłoga w mieszkaniu - co prawda śmieci nie było ale przydałoby się ją umyć. Jest nieco klejąca się.
3. Rzeczy/użyte materiały są słabej jakości.

L'appartement est situé dans un complexe résidentiel moderne. Il se trouve à proximité de supermarchés et d'arrêts de bus, ce qui est excellent pour faire ses courses ou rejoindre le centre-ville rapidement. Concernant l'état du logement, il est bien équipé. Le coin cuisine inclut une plaque vitrocéramique, une poêle et des casseroles en bon état, un micro-ondes et une bouilloire. Il y a, bien évidemment, tous les ustensiles nécessaires pour manger et préparer un repas. La salle de bain est également parfaite, avec un lave-linge en plus. Le propriétaire a toujours été réactif en cas de problème et l'équipe a toujours été courtoise.
Le ménage a été effectué correctement mais de manière superficielle. J'ai trouvé une paire de chaussettes ne m'appartenant pas sous mon lit, une poêle présentait des traces de graisse, il y avait des taches sur mon lit à l'arrivée et la porte du congélateur ne fermait plus à cause de la formation de givre autour d'un joint d'étanchéité. Cependant, je tiens à pondérer les points précédents par le fait que le propriétaire a correctement réagi après que je l'en ai informé.

The place is very clean and warm. It has all necessary cooking utilities, plenty of space for clothes in the wardrobe, stable wifi. Even though the place is small, the humidity and temperature in the appartment is comfortable and well-regulated. Practically everything was perfect for a one-week stay.
Also, a great plus was a washing machine and the cleaning tools in the flat.
The hosts are friendly, reply quickly and helped to get a missing tool in the flat in a matter of an hour.
The location is quite far away from city center, around 45-minute walk.

Short enough stay
Smell of sausage from the fridge, the toilet was not clean, broken tap in the toilet, extremely uncomfortable bed - in fact I think it was broken
