Easy walk into the city or along the Avon river. Quiet, had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Sunny in the mornings, nicely decorated.
We requested to get early entry at 1pm and were charged $20, considering we were staying for 8 days. No working light in the stairwell to the front door was dangerous. Brad and pillows are not that comfortable, shower has black mold in all the grouting, smells like it has had smokers in it.

Great location. Very easy check-in and place was ready to go even though we booked an hour before we arrived. Good shower. Spacious.
One of the bedrooms had a glass feature with no curtain that let a lot of light in which was a bit annoying

The property was tastefully designed and well decorated, with a pleasant balcony overlooking a nearby park. The beds were comfortable, contributing to an overall restful and enjoyable stay.
It was somewhat challenging to accommodate five people with only one bathroom, particularly as the washing machine is also located within the toilet space. In addition, it would have been helpful to note in advance that the unit is situated on the second floor without lift access, which can be inconvenient when travelling with heavy luggage.
