Ottima posizione per chi ha necessità di essere nei pressi degli studi di Roma Tiburtina. Host molto gentile.
Avrei sostituito il divano presente in camera con un punto d'appoggio, una scrivania o qualcosa di simile. Non essendoci acqua disponibile abbiamo dovuto comprarla esternamente insieme a qualche bene di prima necessità e abbiamo dovuto appoggiare tutto nell'armadio. Non comodissimo dover aprire l'acqua di lavandino e bidet nel bagno per poter avere acqua calda nella doccia, più che altro si spreca molta acqua.

Posizione ottima per chi vuole avere ogni tipo di servizio nelle vicinanze o chi viaggia da Tiburtina stazione. Camera ampia con bagno ad uso esclusivo! Letto comodo e AC funzionante. Piacevole! L’host è disponibile e gentile per ogni richiesta!

Il proprietario è molto disponibile ed accogliente con un'ottima comunicazione per il check-in/check out. La struttura era pulita e luminosa, e si può facilmente raggiungere la metro (posizione ideale in una zona tranquilla ma ben connessa).
L'annuncio presenta un'appartamento, ma la cucina è condivisa e la struttura è un affittacamera, quindi il prezzo è un po' troppo alto, secondo me.
