Casa accogliente in una buona posizione. Personale gentile e pronti a soddisfare le rischieste. Letti comodi, cucina funzionale.
Due cose da sistemare: aria condizionata zona soggiorno e doccia non funzionante nel bagno della camera matrimoniale. Un po’ di rinnovo e manutenzione ci vuole. Frizzer in cucina da rivedere non congelava.

Soluzione ampia, dotata di tutte le comodità. Posizione strategica per assistere ad eventi allo stadio Olimpico e godersi una bella zona di Roma. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibilissimo. Appartamento molto accogliente

It’s big, relatively decent price, easy to access, friendly and helpful staff.
Property had ants and woodlice, broken front door, no locks, electric outage, boiler issues (hot water needed to be manually switched on). The property also came with a hidden fee for more than 1 bed and dramatically high city tax.
