Le Montagnia escape to Tremblant with hot tub

Hosts were communicative. Had a hot tub and sauna. Enough space for all 4 of us.

The driveway is extremely steep and wasn't plowed, the outdoor stairs weren't shovelled so we have to shovel the snow off ourselves. Overall cleanliness was poor, the carpets had hair, food crumbs etc all over them. The host required us to provide ID outside of booking.com which was not listed on the website, this is something I wasn't entirely comfortable with. The host provided a bottle of prosecco which was appreciated but only provided half a roll of paper towel, no napkins, no soap in the upstairs bathroom or shampoo/conditioner in either bathroom. Considering what we paid for two nights (~$1,800 CAD), they should have provided more basic consumables. Everything in the house is low quality, it's all Ikea furniture and microfibre sheets. The outside smells like the septic tank. We will not be staying again. Rather than driving traffic to your online guest book, I suggest you put all the details in your hardcopy guestbook.
