It was clean, comfortable, nicely equipped kitchen, washing machine came with laundry soap, and a home away home feel. A few minutes walk from the beach.

Great location, clean and tidy, nice sea breeze
No air conditioning, house was a little hot during the day, however nice sea breeze in morning and afternoon

Short walk to the beach, cafes and supermarket. Kitchen was well stocked which made it useful for meals prep. Budget friendly. Would be an awesome beach house if it were properly maintained!
Loose tiles on floors, no air-conditioning made it very uncomfortable during the summer heat. Ants kept coming into the kitchen through gaps in the tiles. Back screen door has no latch so we couldn't let fresh air into the place during the evenings. No rangehood above the stove despite having a gas cook-top, felt that this was unsafe. TV remote working intermittently. Back staircase wobbly and unsafe. Shower head ancient with irregular spray.
