Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und zentrumsnah gelegen. Das sie direkt am Schwanenteich liegt und jeden Morgen die Sonne hinein scheint trägt sein Übriges zum Wohlfühlen bei. Kaffeeautomat, eine Packung Milch und eine Flasche Wein ist gratis vorhanden. Schlafsofa einem Sofa entsprechend bequem und das Bett auch super. Zusatzkissen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Wäscheständer ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (9/7) jetzt schon das zweite Mal da und waren sehr zufrieden. Wir haben allerdings nicht gekocht und ich glaube das Geschirr reicht einmalig für 4 Personen.

Ruhige, grüne und dennoch zentrale Lage mit sehr guter Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Die Unterkunft ist außergewöhnlich sauber – selbst auf Schränken oder Türrahmen kein Staub – und zudem vollumfänglich und hochwertig ausgestattet. Absolut empfehlenswert.
Nur KLEINIGKEITEN: Im Bad fehlte trotz Gardinenstange der Vorhang, was man sehr leicht hätte bemerken können. Einige Vorhänge waren zudem unterschiedlich lang und lagen etwas auf dem Boden, und die Innenrahmen der Fenster könnten beim Reinigen noch mehr Beachtung finden. Aber irgendwo muss es ja auch noch Luft nach oben geben ;-) – insgesamt war der Aufenthalt wirklich sehr angenehm!

Zugang zur Wohnung mit digitalen Schlüssel war für uns neu und erlernungswürdig!Aber durch gute Betreuung klappte es dann!
