I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel and cannot recommend it. ​To start, the location is quite inconvenient, situated far from the main route, which leads to high transport costs for even short distances. During my stay, the lift was out of order, and I initially faced issues getting a basic amenity like a bath towel. ​The most concerning issue was the cleanliness; I returned to my room to find the bed linen dirty. While the staff member I dealt with was not rude in their demeanor, they were unfortunately unhelpful, arguing that I should have inspected the sheets at check-in rather than rectifying the situation promptly. Even when the linen was eventually changed, the replacement was also not clean, and I was told that was the 'best they could do.' ​Additionally, my online complaint via OYO went unresolved for a long period, and the reception was often unattended. While the hotel did allow me a late checkout at 12:30 PM, the lack of basic hygiene and poor service management overshadowed this. Most surprisingly, I received a call a week later asking me to leave a positive review and share a screenshot, which I found highly unprofessional given the actual state of the stay."
