For a family of 3 on an Adventure MTB holiday, the Apartment is fantastic. Clean, modern with all the essentials you need. The views are great and location is good if you want to be away from the chaos of the town centre. There is also an amazing walk to waterfalls (8min walk) that is truly spectacular. The hosts are wonderful, welcoming and on hand to support.
For some on a MTB holiday, the location may seem out the way, but if you plan, rolling down from the top of Pleney will negate the need to pedal up the hill, or when you traverse back Les Gets, when you come through the last tunnel at a bar, turn right, jump on the road and you are home.

Property was fantastic, very clean, modern interior, very well equipped especially in the kitchen. Boot room available which was fantastic. Lots of cleaning equipment, beautiful views
Property was fantastic, only slight draw back was the location. Bus C ran like clock work which stops just outside the flat and takes you to ski slopes and centre of morzine so it was no issue. You could walk into town - 20mins, it is quite a long walk uphill back however so keep in mind. This did not influence our stay at all though. It was absolutely fantastic
