Central location.
Lifts not working. Bed very small (small double on slat base) and raised in the middle so it felt like rolling out of bed all night. Looked like a sofa bed. No room for two full suitcases. Clothes hanging rack supplied but almost falling apart. No TV. No instructions about the WiFi bar login and password. If you haven't encountered a dongle hanging from a PowerPoint you wouldn't know. No tea-towels. Pokey small bathroom.

Brilliant location. Studio apartment well appointed and had everything you needed. Close to the V&A and South Kensington Tube station. Plenty of eateries, supermarket near by.
The mattress was very uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. Everytime, my partner moved the springs twanged which led to two very poor nights sleep. I would suggest a mattress topper as a bear minimum but a decent mattress would be preferable.

The room would benefit from an additional fan with a cooling mechanism. I understand AC isn’t common place but the room was very hot compared to outside temps, even on a mild day.
