La gran terraza que tiene
El aire acondicionado era centralizado y si querías dormir siesta se notaba bastante el calor arriba de la casa que había solo una habitación y un baño

Die Wohnung war gut gelegen und recht groß. Der Balkon und die beiden Dachterrassen waren sehr gut. Der Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage ist auch für große Wagen geeignet. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer waren relativ neu und gut. Ausreichend Küchenausstattung vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter, Juan, war sehr gut.
Die Küche ist doch schon recht alt. Es funktioniert zwar alles aber sie ist absolut nicht ansehnlich. Allgemein waren die Möbel bzw. die Ausstattung doch mit vielen Macken was das Erscheinungsbild doch schmälerte. Im Bad gab es kein Lüftung und auch kein Fenster. Es stank auch immer wieder nach Abfluss was mit einem Duftstäbchen versucht wurde zu überdecken. Dies funktionierte aber leider nicht. Alles in allem war die Wohnung schon okay aber für den Preis war mir die Wohnung doch zu abgewohnt.
