Location near the train station, breakfast, rooms were clean and decent size. All that is really good but Monica was excellent. She picked us up from the train station, provided afternoon snacks, provided ideas on where to eat and what to see while we were in Lourdes. She was so easy to talk to and made our stay wonderful. I would give her a 15 if it was possible.

The host was terrific, location was good, price was attractive for that location. The host picked us up from the train station and returned us to the station the next morning. She prepared a carry away breakfast on almost no notice because of change in train schedule. The disappointment with the physical accommodation was more than offset by the hospitality shown by the host.
The property is old and not updated. The room/bathroom layout was not acceptable and took considerable getting used to. As part of the room, there was bidet and vanity sink. The shower was across the hallway and shared. The toilet (no sink) was down the hall and 1/2 flight of stairs on the landing, also shared.
