Vor allem die Lage, Gebäude ist neu und alles sieht sehr gepflegt aus. Schöne Küche und vor allem sehr angenehme Ausstattung, man fühlt sich wohl, wenn man in der Wohnung ist, gerne wieder

Es liegt eher an Nachbarschaft, machmal kann es extrem laut sein, Ohrstöpsel muss man sicher mitnehmen, da die Fenster sehr hellhörig sind. Bettwäsche waren gewaschen, aber leider nicht gebleicht, deswegen die Flecken waren sichtbar, das war einziger Nachteil.

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with these apartments. Everything is new, very clean, and well maintained. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with a modern design. The bed is very comfortable, and there are many power outlets throughout the apartment, which is really convenient. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything needed for a longer stay, including a microwave, stove, coffee maker and all necessary utensils. Also washing machine, drying rack. The air conditioning works good, although it would be helpful to have a short instruction guide explaining the different settings. The location is excellent, we walked to the beach every day, and everything we needed was very close by - shops and restaurants. Check-in was very easy using a code lock. We also appreciated the welcome wine and water. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly choose this place again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Las Palmas.
