Lovely gardens, nice pool, everything was well-maintained and clean, firm mattress, calm and peaceful, staff were fantastic, especially Beatrice
No kettle or bar fridge in room , coffee at breakfast too weak and tasteless

Peaceful retreat, beautiful grounds. Room is comfortable with simple furnishings. The restaurant/terrace area is a nice place to hang out with a view of Kilimanjaro (when weather is clear). I would stay here again if I am in the area :)

Great staff, great location, clean place, good security and a great view of the Kilimanjaro!
Booked a room and ended ip being given a tent to stay in.
I guess this was because the place was fully booked due to the marathon, but in any case I booked a room and not a tent.
Tents were good and comfortable but I guess when you book a room and end up sleeping in a tent for the same price it’s disappointing
