Dvi dušinės ir tualetai, svetainė su virtuvėle, kurioje yra orkaitė, kaitlentė, indaplovė, šaldytuvas, visi reikalingi įrankiai, puodeliai, lėkštės, puodeliai taurės ir tt. Iš svetainės išėjimas į terasą su gultais, yra kepsninės, kuriose galima kažką gardaus išsikepti. Ypač patiko šeimininko rūpestis ir požiūris į klientus.
