everything, literally everything. But best? The host and the food.
couldn't complain about anything.

Some places give you a bed for the night, but this one gave me a quiet sense of belonging. Waking up surrounded by such breathtaking, untamed beauty, and walking through the surrounding trees and seeing the absolute natural beauty that surrounds the property first thing in the morning brought a beautiful start to our day!
What truly captured our hearts, though, were the people. I already find myself missing their wonderful stories and that pure, simple joy of hearing them sing together from the kitchen while preparing our food. You could genuinely taste that love in the food; I personally loved the local thali, pakthai noodles, the ramen, and the thai curry (a special mention to the edamame beans and pancakes that we got for breakfast). Having the farm fresh vegetables was an added bonus that we loved having and I'm going to be craving these dishes for a long time..
Leaving felt remarkably hard. A little piece of me stayed behind with them, and I know without a doubt I’ll be finding my way back soon.
Thank you for this wonderful experience!!
Anya Singh.

Everything about the property and staff was above expectations. The private pine forest which leads to local farms is a big draw for all nature loving visitors. Palzor arranged a trek to the nearby Maenam peak which went very well. The local cuisine served at dinner is a delight, specially for anyone who loves organic vegetables, some of which are unique to this part of the world. Would happily recommend to anyone looking to spend time away from cities while still enjoying the comforts of a well run resort.
Minor gripe - Sikkim has a couple of hours of power cuts outside Gangtok, which affects this place too. During these outages, the geyser is not operational. For everything else, inverter backup is available.
