A localização, o conforto da cama e a limpeza.
O prédio é muito barulhento. Gente entrando e saindo e batendo porta o tempo todo, inclusive a noite. Quando cheguei as 15h (horário do Check-in) o apartamento ainda estava sendo limpo.

El depto tiene todo lo necesario en cuanto a calentar comida, agua, secador de pelo, la cama tiene buen colchón, alfombrita en el baño, linda ducha, trapo de piso para secar el baño, capsulas de café.
Me gustaria que tuviera mas frazadas ya que solo tenia una y el aire acondicionado no calentaba bien el ambiente. Podria tener una caja de seguridad que algunos deptos tienen.
