Cómodo y bonito apartamento con todo lo necesario, muy bien equipado

This is a very clean, spacious, comfortable, quiet, safe, and well equipped apartment that provides easy access to the impressive metro transit system that can take you to various tourist attractions, and especially to two metro stations (about 20 min walk); as well as supermarkets and local shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was just as it looked in the photos and the bed was lovely to sleep after a day of sightseeing. The hosts were responsive, kind and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality. I highly recommend this amazing apartment with the wonderful host and staff to discover Medellin.

Sehr großzügiges und modern ausgestattetes Apartment. Es fehlt an nichts, auch die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Kaffee gibts sogar gratis. Sehr professionell und super nette Host. Die Lage in Laureles ist ebenfalls top und sicher, in unmittelbarer Nähe liegt ein Einkaufszentrum mit großem Supermarkt (Exito) sowie kleinere Lebenmittelläden (Ara, D1). Diverse Restaurants und Cafes jeglicher Art sind ebenfalls in 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Also alles bestens - wir kommen seeeeehr gern wieder.

This spacious, modern apartment was perfect for my stay. The bed was very comfortable, everything was well-equipped and in perfect working order, and the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet at night. The landlord was attentive, communicative, responsive, and sent a detailed guide explaining what's included and how to use everything before my arrival, so I knew what to expect. There were a few supermarkets and small restaurants in the area. A great place to stay with a host who clearly cares about her guests' experience. Would definitely return!

Just a couple of minor things: the back patio lets in quite a bit of morning light, so a curtain or blinds would be helpful. The bathroom also lacks ventilation, no window or extractor fan, so the only exit is through the main room.
