The location of the property is perfect. Literally a few minutes walk to the beach, and a few minutes walk and your on the main tourist strip of las americas.
We also loved that the sunset in front of the balcony and we spent a few nights on the balcony with a glass of wine just watching the sun go down. It was beautiful! I’d 100% go back. The hosts were lovely too 🥰
The property is lovely, modern and well situated. It is well equipped. The only things I would say is it took us a couple of days to work everything out and I feel a welcome/information book would have been helpful. We didn’t realise we needed the security fob to get into the building or keys for the pool until we were there and just tried the keys on the keyring. We also didn’t realise there are two pools and you need to pay €1 for the loungers, which was fine. We also found a parasol while packing up which may have been handy at the beach had we known it was there. Maybe some info on working the washing machine and that you need to empty the bucket for the AC. Utensil wise the only thing missing was a cheese grater which wasn’t available and maybe some plates for nibbles. Other than that it literally had everything with the added benefit of a washing machine so we could wash the towels etc throughout our stay, perfect! Haven said that this apartment really is lovely and I have already recommended it to people these are minor things that would have just helped us during our stay. We would definitely go back.

fantastic location, clean tidy apartment
strong smell from sink and toilet owner kindly resolved the problem but it reappeared day before we left .. No key or fob to open rubbish area
