La ubicación, a pesar de estar a 15 minutos de la parada de metro tiene una parada de guaguas justo debajo con bastante frecuencia y está en una calle con bastantes locales perfecto para cenar o para comprar cualquier cosa.
Dos de las camas eran muy blandas prácticamente podías tocar el somier si te sentabas y para descansar costaba un poco sin ser horrible. Por otro lado el baño está muy bien pero el agua salia muy caliente a veces costaba bañarse porque el agua quemaba. Y por último en la cocina echamos en falta un zona en el armario para guardar nuestras cosas, teniamos una balda en la nevera pero no en los armarios

The property was clean and relatively quiet (it's an older building on a busy street, expect no crickets). Bathroom and kitchen are shared between 4 rooms, but other guests were pleasantly quiet and kept mainly to their own rooms. It was well connected by public transport and not too far from the centre of London. We specifically came to London to visit the Harry Potter Studios and this guest room was located close to a station that had a direct connection to Watford Junction (bus stop for HP studios shuttle buses). Another great thing is the wide range of nearby supermarkets, shops and restaurants. Also, the host, while not present, is very responsive.
The upkeep of the place is not amazing. There is some wear and tear and floors are a bit uneven. During our stay the rod that holds up the shower head came loose at the bottom and the cap of the ventilator fell off. The worst however, was the failing installation for hot water and heating. The hot water cut out twice during our two-night stay. The first time it was fixed the same night (as I said, the host is responsive) so we were able to shower in the morning. The second time though, it wasn’t fixed and we had no hot water the entire evening and morning too. I hope this was incidental and it will be properly fixed soon, but it was very unfortunate.
Also the mattress in our room was disappointing. It had springs that were easy to feel through the mattress. A topper would be a great improvement or even better for a bedframe with slats, a firm foam mattress.
